Upon entering the home on the middle level, ocean views greet you in the great room through the two-story floor to ceiling windows. The spacious great room features a beautiful stone wall with a gas fireplace. The living area, dining room, and kitchen have an open design, which maximizes views of both the ocean and the sound. The elevator goes from the ground floor to the main living area on the second floor, making unloading groceries a breeze. The master bedroom on the middle level features a whirlpool tub, dual shower, and a private deck. The top level of the home is comprised of a sitting area that overlooks the living area and four master bedrooms, one with a whirlpool tub and three with private decks. The additional two master bedrooms can be found on the lower level, which also includes a rec room, half bath and laundry facilities.
The rec room was designed for relaxing and unwinding, with a pool table, card table, bumper pool table, and TV. A kitchenette with a full size refrigerator is nearby for a convenient drink and snack access. Step into the garage for a friendly ping pong challenge. The pool area was planned with fun in the sun in mind. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool with an attached shallow area for the little ones. After preparing dinner on the deluxe gas grill, soak your cares away in the hot tub while gazing at the stars in the dark night sky.
