Start the day watching the waves from the deck, head down to the sand for a few hours, then come back for an afternoon by the pool.
The great room on the top floor is designed around the ocean view, with a spacious living area featuring a gas fireplace and plenty of room to gather. The kitchen’s breakfast bar makes it easy to keep the cook part of the conversation, while the dining area sets the scene for family meals or puzzles. When someone needs a little quiet time, the ship’s watch provides a cozy spot to read or simply take in the ocean from above. With decks connecting the living spaces, stepping outside for a breath of fresh salt air is always an option.
The outdoor area may quickly become the favorite gathering spot. Take a swim in the private pool, relax in the hot tub, or fire up the grill for an easy dinner. The poolside grilling and dining area lets you enjoy a meal outside without going far from the water, while comfortable seating gives everyone a place to relax between beach trips.
Six bedrooms provide space to settle in, including several ensuite bedrooms with private bathrooms. Some ensuite bedrooms also offer deck access, so waking up to an ocean view or stepping outside before bed can become part of the daily routine. The top-floor ensuite includes a gas fireplace and a whirlpool tub, and a whirlpool tub can also be found in one of the mid-level ensuites.
Pine Island stretches along three and a half miles of uncrowded beach and expansive dunes, bordering the Pine Island Audubon Wildlife Refuge. The community offers a pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, fitness center, playground, and convenient beach access.
