The huge dining room table (seats 22) and large well stocked kitchen are perfect for enjoying meals together with all your family and friends. Plenty of space and activities, including flat screen TVs in every room, provide both private times and group fun depending on your mood.
Take advantage of the many Pine Island amenities, including community pools, tennis courts and the neighborhood biking and jogging paths (you can bike all the way to Duck without ever having to ride on Route 12). This house has a direct walkway across from the cul-de-sac and makes it a very short walk to Pine Island’s beautiful beaches.
