Prepare to feel “The Summer Wind” on the Outer Banks! This semi-oceanfront home is located just one house back from the beach. Find the comforts of home, but with an ocean view, at this lovely home in the Pine Island community in Corolla.
The top level of the home features an open great room, with many windows to allow natural light in. Kick back and relax in the living area while watching some TV. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months. The nearby kitchen is equipped with all needed to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Enjoy meals in the nearby dining area, or grab a quick breakfast at the kitchen countertop seats. Step outside with your morning coffee to relax and enjoy the salty ocean breeze. There is one spacious master bedroom on the third floor of the home, which features a large bathroom with a soaking tub. A half bathroom completes the upper level of the home.
The middle floor includes three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also a den with TV on the second floor. The hot tub is conveniently located on the middle level deck, perfect for a restorative soak at day’s end. There is one additional bedroom on the ground floor of the home, as well as a full bathroom. Many hours of fun are on the agenda in the rec room with pool table. Stock the kitchenette in the rec room with snacks and drinks for breaks in action. Enjoy a favorite movie in the nearby media room. Laundry facilities can also be found on the ground floor.
Make a splash in the private pool or simply bask in the sunshine around the pool. When you’re ready to go to the beach, there is a walkway from the home that connects to the community walkway to the beach. There are many opportunities to enjoy “The Summer Wind” at this beautiful semi-oceanfront beach house!
