Travel 12 North to the beautiful Sea Gypsy in Pine Island. Situated in between the many attractions of Duck and Corolla, this home provides a perfect base for a classic Outer Banks vacation. However, you may not want to wander far from this well-equipped beach house. Enjoy being a short walk from the sandy beaches and rolling waves. Take a dip in your own private pool on your way to or from the beach or enjoy the comfort of the hot tub at night. This house’s location and exterior features have a lot to offer, but your Outer Banks vacation wouldn’t be complete without the excellent accommodations within the home.
The top floor proves to be a great place to gather as a group. The spacious kitchen makes meal prep and cleanup a breeze. This kitchen also features an island with barstool seating for six. The dining room neighbors the kitchen and includes a table for ten. Enjoy ocean views from the dining room while indulging in a meal with your group. In fact, you can enjoy ocean views from every room on the top floor. The great room boasts plenty of seating for the whole group, and a flat screen smart tv. After a long day at the beach or a nice meal, the deck provides the perfect spot for you and your group to enjoy the salty ocean breezes, the countless stars, and each other's company. The top floor wouldn’t be complete without a master bedroom. The master bedroom consists of a King bed, a private, full bathroom, and private deck access.
The second floor consists of four bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms, one with a King and the other with a Queen, both with private bathrooms. An additional bedroom with a Queen bed and semi-private bath lies in between the two master bedrooms. All three of these rooms have deck access and ocean views. A bedroom with a duo bunk set consisting of a double bed on the bottom with a twin bed on top accompanied by a twin trundle completes the bedroom arrangement on the second floor.
The bottom floor consists of a bedroom, den, and laundry room. The bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and a semi-private bath. The den is a perfect spot to hang out between visits to the beach or pool. It features plenty of places to rest and watch TV on the flat screen. There is even a Queen sleeper sofa. The den's direct access to the pool area makes it extremely convenient.
