Experience a relaxing Outer Banks vacation at “Grace By The Sea!” This beautiful home is conveniently located on the oceanside, just across the street from the walkway to the beach. This spacious home is well-maintained and centrally located close to all that Corolla and Duck have to offer.
Upon ascending to the top floor of the home, you’re greeted by an open and bright great room. The great room features a wall of windows, which allows light to stream in and showcases views of the ocean and the pond. The living area features a large smart TV with surround sound situated above a stone fireplace, available for use during cooler months. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring granite countertops, double wall ovens, a six-burner gas professional cooktop with griddle, two dishwashers, two sinks and a pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your entire group for the duration of your stay. The attractive dining area features a classically elegant chandelier. Additional seating is available at the island bar and in the nearby sun room. There is one spacious master bedroom on the third level, which features high ceilings, deck access, and includes a private full bathroom. The master bathroom has a bathtub and glass shower, dual vanities, and features tumbled marble tile. A half bathroom can also be found on the top level of the home.
There is a spacious media den with comfortable furniture on the middle level, which serves as an additional common space and provides entertainment during the evenings or on rainy days. A desk is available in the media den for those who must work during their OBX vacation. Two master bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom and deck access, can be found on the second floor. There is one additional bedroom with deck access and a semi-private full bathroom attached that also opens to the hallway.
The ground floor is anchored by a rec room, which offers a pool table and large smart TV. An adjacent sports bar includes a kitchenette with granite countertops, full refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and microwave, convenient for extra food storage or for keeping snacks and beverages on hand for poolside hangouts. There are two master bedrooms on the first level, each with a private full bathroom and one with access to the deck. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. There is also a cabana half bathroom, which opens to the pool area for convenience.
The backyard features a spacious private pool, a shallow area for kids, and a hot tub, perfect for long days spent outside with loved ones. There is an outdoor bar area, which features outdoor speakers. There is a speaker system that runs throughout the home, indoors and out. Spend mornings watching the sunrise and evenings watching the sky change colors as the sun sets over the pond. Kick back and relax at the outdoor dining tables and Adirondack chairs. Your entire family will be rejuvenated after a vacation at the gorgeous “Grace By The Sea!”
