Experience a relaxing Outer Banks vacation at “Grace By The Sea!” This beautiful oceanside home is conveniently located on the oceanside, just across the street from the walkway to the beach. This spacious home is well-maintained and centrally located close to all that Corolla and Duck have to offer.
Upon ascending to the top floor of the home, you’re greeted by an open and bright great room. The great room features a wall of windows, which allows light to stream in and showcases views of the ocean and the pond. The living area features a large smart TV with surround sound situated above a stone fireplace, available for use during cooler months. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring granite countertops, double wall ovens, a six-burner gas professional cooktop with griddle, two dishwashers, and two sinks. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your entire group for the duration of your stay. The attractive dining area features a classically elegant chandelier. Additional seating is available at the island bar and in the nearby sun room. There is one spacious master bedroom on the third level, which features high ceilings, deck access, and includes a private full bathroom. The master bathroom has a bathtub and glass shower, dual vanities, and features tumbled marble tile. A half bathroom can also be found on the top level of the home.
There is a spacious media den with comfortable furniture on the middle level, which serves as an additional common space and provides entertainment during the evenings or on rainy days. A desk is available in the media den for those who must work during their OBX vacation. Two master bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom and deck access, can be found on the second floor. There is one additional bedroom with deck access and a semi-private full bathroom attached that also opens to the hallway.
The ground floor is anchored by a rec room, which offers a pool table and large smart TV. An adjacent sports bar includes a kitchenette with granite countertops, full refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and microwave, convenient for extra food storage or for keeping snacks and beverages on hand for poolside hangouts. There are two master bedrooms on the first level, each with a private full bathroom and one with access to the deck. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. There is also a cabana half bathroom, which opens to the pool area for convenience.
The backyard features a spacious private pool, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub, perfect for long days spent outside with loved ones. There is an outdoor bar area, which features outdoor speakers. There is a speaker system that runs throughout the home, indoors and out. Spend mornings watching the sunrise and evenings watching the sky change colors as the sun sets over the pond. Kick back and relax at the outdoor dining tables and Adirondack chairs. Your entire family will be rejuvenated after a vacation at the gorgeous “Grace By The Sea!”

"Even as large as this house is, every common area and even the bedrooms are full of comfy furniture and coziness. The kitchen is a dream to use even by several people at the same time, The relatively large swimming pool is architecturally inviting to swim as well as to the eyes, and the hot tub is such a pleasure with all of its many jets working so well. The game room off the kitchen is a bonus, a quiet place to play board games or even write quietly while enjoying the gorgeous view of the pond. Decking on three sides of the house ensure one can find the right spot given sun and wind conditions."

"Grace by the Sea was exactly as pictured! This is a beautiful home! I love the beach and everything related and this house did not disappoint. I LOVED all the beach themed decorations. The house was fully equipped. I also love to cook and the kitchen us a dream! I don’t usually cook much on vacation but could not resist being in the huge, modern kitchen. The weather wasn’t great 5 out of the 7 days we were there but we had no problems staying indoors. We loved that the TVs had Hulu, Netflix, YouTube and other apps, all available for free to use. We did have some issues one night signing into Netflix but it was no fault of the owner, as Netflix is trying to crackdown on account sharing so we just used a different app. The owner contacted me by email upon check-in and provided the most extensive list of information I have ever received when checking into a vacation home. They provided suggestions on places to eat, visit, activities, etc and offered direct assistance with any issues we had. I did not personally get in the pool because it was too cold but I was able to enjoy the hot tub a couple of times, which was great. The guys on the trip did some fishing in the ocean. We saw turtles in the pond behind the house. There were 5 adult couples in our group and everyone fit comfortably, with an extra bedroom to spare. We loved the multiple spaces to relax and hangout. The bedrooms were large and lovely, all with linens and towels provided. We would definitely stay in Grace by the Sea again, without hesitation!"
