This semi-oceanfront Pine Island retreat offers a path to the beach via the community boardwalk and provides the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Spend your days lounging by the expansive private pool or soaking in the hot tub. Multiple decks with ocean views set the stage for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or simply enjoying the sea breeze. Guests also have access to nearby community amenities, including two large pools, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, a basketball goal, a beach volleyball court, and a playground. Inside, the third floor features a great room and dining area where the entire family can gather. The newly renovated kitchen makes meal preparation a pleasure, and a convenient half bath is nearby.
With seven bedrooms in total—including three ensuites with private baths—Sandpiper Point offers comfort and privacy for groups of all sizes. Two of the ensuites feature private decks, creating quiet retreats with views and fresh ocean breezes. All bathrooms throughout the home have also been recently renovated, adding modern style and comfort to your stay. On the first floor, a cozy den with a refrigerator is the perfect place to grab a snack or drink between dips in the pool or hot tub.
