This semi-oceanfront Pine Island home provides a lovely vacation setting and offers private access to the short community boardwalk to the beach. Relax by the private pool in the expansive pool area, or soak in the hot tub. Enjoy the sea breezes and ocean views while relaxing or dining on the plentiful decking. Take advantage of nearby community amenities including two community pools, a kiddie pool, tennis, basketball goal and playground.
The third floor provides plenty of space for the whole family to gather in the great room and dining room. You’ll also find the newly renovated kitchen and convenient half-bath nearby. Of the home’s seven total bedrooms, three are masters with attached baths, providing comfort and a sense of privacy for groups with multiple adult couples. The top level master leads to a private deck, while the two on the second floor have direct access to the covered mid-level deck. On the first level, a den with fridge is the perfect spot to come in for a quick snack or drink while enjoying the pool or poolside hot tub.

"This house is amazing- our family enjoyed our week stay very much. The walk to the beach is short and it's convenient to come back for lunch and head back to the beach. The outdoor pool area is awesome. We took the advice in some other reviews and brought an easy up to provide some shade. (Don't forget to bring something to tie it down with because it gets windy back there!) The kitchen is completely stocked and everything is new. They even provide food storage containers with lids! Grill is in great shape and beds are very comfy. The furniture is very upscale and beautiful. The owners did an amazing job updating the home and it's such a great value for location and price."

"This home had a great location and walk way to the beach to not to be direct oceanfront. The pool area is amazing. The kitchen had a good supply of cooking and utensils. Some minor cosmetic that could be fixed up. Could use a full size fridge in basement area especially if having multiple families stay. All in all was a great place to stay."

"A bit small for the number of beds - the 8 adults fit in the dining area for meals, but the 9 kids ages 11-17 ate outside or on the pool deck. Pool large, pool deck area very big, but no shade in the afternoon. Bring your own shade tent! Walkway to beach attached to pool area very convenient. Fridge too small for the number of people and only one dishwasher. We ended up using paper and plastic all week, which made clean up very quick and easy. Had to go to grocery every day for ice and other essentials b/c fridge couldn't hold enough. All appliances worked well. One set of washer and dryer worked well too. A/C worked well also."
