This oceanfront Pine Island home was beautiful. There was room for our extended family of 12 and 2 dogs. Very quiet area, not much traffic in the development, and parking will never be a problem at this house.

Can we access the beach from the side of our rental (Alfana) onto the public walkway. Or do we have to go to the road to access the walkway?
Excellent question, Jennifer! E086 offers a connecting walkway to the community beach access. You can access the walkway from the north side of the home without going to the road.

Hi, is the community pool indoors? Is it available year round? Thanks!
Lisa, the Pine Island community pool is an outside pool. It is typically open late May through late September. However, pool dates are subject to change at the discretion of the community.

I see that the bedroom descriptions has 2 bunk set with twin beds, and it also says 2 dou bunk sets, but the dou bunk sets are not pictured. So are there really 2 duo bunks, since they werent pictured? Or is it an error?
Thank you for your inquiry! The written description for this home is correct. On Level 1 there is a Bedroom (2 Bunks Sets) and a Bedroom (2 Duos). However, the Bedrooms (2 Duos) is not shown in the photo slideshow.

I saw this home has an elevator. My elderly grandmother would be coming to stay with us. She is in a wheelchair. Does that mean it would be handicapped accessible for her?
Michelle, this home does have an elevator, but it is not one of our homes that is designated as Handicap Friendly because of any other amenities it has!

Good afternoon Sue! This home does sit next to the public walkway to the beach, that is the wooden walkway you see in the photos. In regards to linens the property does come with linens and towels provided; as a result the beds will be made upon arrival and the towel sets include one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person.

I see in the photos that there is a crib. Is there more than one crib? Also, are there any highchairs?
Hi Emily! Baby equipment such as high chairs and cribs are considered specialty items and not advertised amenities. As a result we do not require owners to provide them nor do we take inventory of what may be in the home upon arrival. We are happy to recommend some local resources in our area who rent daily as well as weekly should you choose not to bring those things with you. Please give us a call if you would like their contact information to make arrangements.
