Private Beach Walkway
The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities, but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.
Special Events are permitted at this vacation home. A special event fee may be added to your reservation if you plan to host an event. The special event fee cost can be found in the Home Details. The event fee covers additional costs associated with hosting large groups. Please contact our office for more information if you are planning to host a Special Event at this vacation home. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant. For specific needs, please contact our office.
Please do not allow children or pets to ride the elevator unattended. Children should not play in or around the elevator. Do not allow a child to stand between the elevator gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway above or below the elevator cab for any reason. Do not operate or attempt to operate the elevator if the cab gate or landing door locking system is not functioning properly. Do not operate or attempt to operate the elevator if you detect any unusual sounds or the ride seems abnormal. If the elevator is not operating properly, do not attempt to service or repair the elevator yourself, please contact our office. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe injury or death.
For $195 plus tax, you may be able to check-in early to your home.
Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm. Early check-in is 1:00 pm. A limited number of 1:00 pm check-ins are available and we cannot offer this service for certain homes, including those with seven or more bedrooms or homes occupied by owners the preceding week.

Twiddy homes that advertise Welcome Program as an amenity provide guests with a Vacation Starter Kit for their arrival. Enjoy the convenience of starter supplies such as a roll of paper towels, a dish soap, and a trash bag, all in a Twiddy insulated cooler bag. Additionally, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper will be placed in every bathroom.
