Our first level has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave so that it doesn’t matter if you are enjoying an amazing movie in the media area, playing eight ball at the pool table, playing cards on the poker table, or playing a cutthroat game of ping pong —snacks and beverages are readily available to you.
• Private Pool and Bar: Splash in the private pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a drink at the poolside bar without ever leaving the property. The Bar has a commercial icemaker, double bar sink, and commercial beverage cooler to ensure that your beverages are readily accessible and appropriately chilled. Whatever your music preference is, our indoor bar speakers and outdoor poolside speakers can pump your favorite tunes through our Bluetooth-connected amplifier.
• Mesh WiFi System: Stay connected with a robust mesh WiFi system capable of supporting multiple streaming devices. It's perfect for checking in with the office or streaming content to our many Roku TVs.
• Beach Parking Passes Included: Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are included.
• Wildlife Encounters: Wild horses frequently visit the yard, providing a unique and enchanting experience that others have to pay for on tours. Relax on our upper deck or dune top gazebo and watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf.

With six king bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms, a two-twin bedroom with a semi-private bath, and a unique loft bedroom with four Duo bunks and a full bathroom, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The top-floor great room offers cozy new sofas, a loft for reading or working, and a newly renovated kitchen with ample counter space and seating for all. We have just replaced and modernized all kitchen and a new dining seating area in our ongoing annual improvement of our home.

While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
