With a semi-oceanfront location, this beach house is situated on a secluded corner lot just steps away from the beach on an access road. Modern amenities in a natural coastal setting blend to provide the perfect home away from home for your OBX vacation.
The great room on the top level of the home features an abundance of windows to allow natural light and the gorgeous view of the ocean. Kick back and relax with family and friends in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with all that you’ll need to prepare meals, which you can enjoy in the dining area or sit at the large center island. After making your morning coffee, take it outside and up to the rooftop observation deck to watch the sunrise over the ocean. And at the end of the day, the observation deck is the perfect perch for watching the sunset fall on the tree top canopy. Always be on the lookout for the majestic Corolla Wild Horses that roam the area. They are known to seek refuge under the house every now and again. There is one master bedroom on the top floor, which includes a private bathroom and a private deck. A half bathroom can also be found on the top level of the home.
The second level of the home has two master bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and deck access. There is a fourth bedroom which offers two twin beds and access to the full hall bathroom and also the deck.
Outside, the expanded private pool area is the perfect place for some fun in the sun. Play all day in the private pool, then enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. In addition to the pool area, the property includes a backyard space. The property’s mature live oak trees provide seclusion around the home, allowing you to get closer to nature in a private setting. Make amazing vacation memories during your stay at “Titan Tides,” and enjoy all that the home and its unique OBX location have to offer!

The northern-most community of the 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach is approximately 8 miles from the beach access ramp and stretches north for about 3 miles to the Virginia border. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
