From the moment you step inside, Cassiopeia welcomes you with an open and inviting layout designed for family connection and effortless living. The great room is a light-filled gathering space where gorgeous ocean views frame every moment, whether you’re recounting the day’s adventures or just lounging with a good book. The living area offers a comfortable place to relax, ideal for casual conversations or a movie night. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need, makes meal preparation enjoyable and effortless, and the adjacent dining area provides a natural place for shared breakfasts, feasts, and long dinners with laughter. In the early morning, step outside onto the deck with your coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Upstairs, the rooftop deck is a true showstopper, with an elevated perch for sunrise yoga, afternoon reading, or stargazing with the sound of the waves in the background. The screened porch is perfect for outdoor dining or afternoon cocktails.
Take the elevator to any level with ease, making transitions between floors smooth for all ages. Bedrooms and bathrooms throughout the home serve as a place to rest and recharge. The top floor includes one ensuite bedroom with deck access and a standing shower in the private bathroom. Three additional ensuite bedrooms are on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. One of the second-floor ensuite bathrooms includes a standing shower. The final two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom are located on the ground floor.

Situated on the wonderfully unique 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach offers vacationing friends and families the opportunity to enjoy time together on the coast without the distractions of a bustling neighborhood environment. A four-wheel drive vehicle is needed to navigate the beaches where Carova Beach rental homes are located. The northern-most community of the 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach is approximately 8 miles from the beach access ramp and stretches north for about 3 miles to the Virginia border. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
