On the top level of the home, the ocean view is the main focal point of the great room. Floor to ceiling windows allow you to check the surf without even stepping outside. Kick back and catch up with loved ones in the comfortable living area. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. Just outside, you’ll find a welcoming screened porch, where you can escape the mid-day sun while still enjoying the salty ocean breeze. The nearby kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator that will help to minimize trips to the grocery store back down the beach. There is also an under counter refrigerator and a wine refrigerator on the top level, along with a wet bar, making it convenient to make beverages at any time of day. Make your morning coffee and step outside onto the oceanfront deck to watch a stunning OBX sunrise. Be on the lookout for the Corolla Wild Horses that regularly roam the area. Back inside, enjoy meals together as a family in the dining area. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront deck. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
Two additional bedrooms can be found on the middle floor of the home, each with a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor. Both of the master bedrooms and one of the additional bedrooms have access to the deck. The den on the middle floor is the perfect place to gather to watch a movie, with a large TV and comfortable furniture. Laundry facilities can also be found on the second level of the home.
Outside, get ready for some fun in the sun. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around the pool in the sunshine. From the pool area, take a stroll over the private walkway to the beach, which includes a dune deck. At the end of the day, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. This home’s location in Carova Beach offers a sense of solitude and a rejuvenating slower pace. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
