Built in 2023, and located directly on the oceanfront, this home is approximately 8.9 miles up the beach. Enjoy panoramic views of the beach and be on the lookout for the Corolla Wild Horses that roam the area. This lovely home includes amenities that can be enjoyed all year long.
On the top floor of the home, the light and airy great room will surely be the place where your group gathers. The comfortable living area overlooks the ocean and includes an electric fireplace for use during the cooler evenings. Sip your morning coffee with a beautiful Outer Banks sunrise in the background, whether you’re outside on the deck or relaxing in the living area. The kitchen is as functional as it is attractive and includes all equipment needed to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers are a huge help for storing food and cleaning up after a large group. Everyone can eat together in the dining area nearby. There are two master bedrooms on the third level, each with a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also available on the top floor of the home.
On the middle level, you’ll find four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a sitting area on the second floor, which also includes an electric fireplace. A wet bar is also available in the sitting area, so no need to run up or down the stairs to grab a cold drink. The laundry room is located on the second floor and includes two sets of washers and dryers.
The remaining four master bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each includes a private bathroom. The rest of the ground floor is equipped to host many evenings of fun and games. Watch your favorite movie on the big screen in the theater room. Schedule workouts during your vacation, as there is a Peloton bike included at the home. The rec room has a pool table for some impromptu friendly competition.
Just out of the rec room door, you’ll find the home’s outdoor oasis waiting for you. The refreshing private pool includes a tanning ledge so you can stay cool while soaking in the sunshine. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, pop over to the poolside cabana to hang out with friends and family. A Sonos indoor and outdoor speaker system ensures that you can jam to your favorite tunes whether you’re inside cooking dinner or outside lounging by the pool. At the end of the day, the hot tub is available for a restorative soak before bed. “Sunset Dune” is waiting for you and your group to make treasured OBX vacation memories!

While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
