Relax, you’ve made it to “Lands End” on Carova Beach! Located at the remote northern end of the 4x4 beach, this home offers endless ocean views in a peaceful setting. There is plenty of deck space to kick back and enjoy the view of the ocean and of the Corolla Wild Horses that may roam by. Make OBX vacation memories at this comfortable custom-designed beach house.
The great room on the third floor of the home will surely be where your group congregates before and after a day at the beach. The wrap-around deck offers many opportunities to enjoy the ocean view, salty breezes, and the sound of waves crashing nearby. From watching the sunrise with your morning coffee to enjoying a cold beverage in the afternoon or having dinner outside, there are multiple seating options outside on the deck. Inside, the living area offers a comfortable place to relax and watch TV or read a good book. A gas fireplace is available for use during the colder months of the year. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all equipment needed to prepare meals during your stay, just add food. Countertop seating is available in the kitchen for a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach. The dining area nearby offers the opportunity for everyone to gather for family-style dining. There is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes deck access and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. There is a half bathroom on the top floor as well.
Additional sleeping accommodations can be found on the second floor. There is one master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the middle level, as well as laundry facilities. There is a spacious den with access to the covered deck. Stroll down the boarded walkway to the beach to get your toes in the sand. A half bathroom is located on the ground floor for convenience during long days on the beach. An Outer Banks vacation experience at “Lands End” will leave you refreshed and refreshed!

"We had a wonderful stay at Lands End to celebrate Thanksgiving with our young children. We wanted a quiet getaway and boy did this house deliver! It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and in a stunning location with amazing views. The 4x4 was so quiet and peaceful in November & the kids loved going on beach walks and runs daily. We walked to the VA border a few times. Followed by a dip in the hot tub of course. We cooked up a storm in the large kitchen and had great family dinners at the dining table. Kitchen was very well stocked (but don’t forget staples like salt, oil, sugar - as the closest store is about 1.5 hour round trip). We had two issues on the first day with the alarm system, turns out the battery just needed recharging. Twiddy was super responsive and very friendly for both home visits. Overall it was a vacation our family will never forget and we already talked about visiting again. No one wanted to leave!"

"Great house with everything you need for vacation. Well equipped kitchen. Awesome oceanfront location. The only negative and it’s a small one, would be the tv in the upstairs living room is too small for that size of a room. The bedrooms are spacious and nice as well as the bathrooms. I would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet oceanfront getaway."
Thank you for the nice recommendation and suggestions. We do plan to rethink the fireplace/built-in/tv area in the great room. This will most likely be complete for 2024 renters. We are in the process of adding some additional amenities for 2023. The big one being a hot tub. I hope you will plan another trip to our home in the future.
