The home is situated on a 2.26-acre lot and features modern, comfortable decor and refreshing artwork.
On the third floor of the home, the home’s great room features many large ocean-facing windows to maximize the gorgeous view. Relax in the living area and catch up with loved ones or simply gaze out at the waves rolling in. The living area includes a large TV with a surround sound stereo system. A bar with three barstools is included in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to store food and prepare meals for the duration of your stay, including a walk-in pantry. The dining area table nearby has seating for twelve, with four additional barstool seats available at the kitchen island. Listen to the waves lap the shore nearby while outside on the covered deck, which overlooks the pool area below. There is one master bedroom on the top level of the home, which includes a private bathroom.
An additional three master bedrooms can be found on the middle level of the home, each with its own private bathroom. There are great views of the ocean from the sitting area on the second floor, which is the perfect place to relax in the afternoon with a cup of tea and a good book.
The final master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom, is located on the ground floor of the home. There is an additional bedroom with a semi-private bathroom. Choose to play at the pool table, foosball table or card table in the spacious rec room, which could serve as a great refuge for the teens in your group. There is also a large gaming table that could double as a dining table, with seating for eight people, and is the perfect place for a couple of hands of poker. Cold drinks can be readily available in the wet bar nearby.
Fun in the sun is on the agenda outside. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine.
