The great room on the top level welcomes you with its serenity, with large windows that allow the ocean view to fill the room. The great room is comfortably furnished, with a gas fireplace available for use during cooler months of the year. The kitchen is spacious, with a layout that allows for multiple people to use the area at the same time without being on top of each other. The west side of the kitchen is an ideal for beverage or meal prep, with abundant counter space, as well as a wine fridge. The east side of the kitchen includes the cooking appliances, as well as more counter space. Two refrigerators are super helpful for storing groceries and beverages for the duration of your stay. Dining options include kitchen countertop seating and the dining area nearby. Grab your morning coffee and head outside to the oceanfront deck to watch a gorgeous Outer Banks sunrise. The beautiful screened porch just off of the great room provides the perfect place to relax with a good book in the afternoon, or simply enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom and deck access. There is also a half bathroom on the top level.
Four additional bedrooms can be found on the second floor. Three of the bedrooms are masters, each with a private bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom and laundry room on the second floor. The den on the second level provides an additional common space with ocean views. Plenty of seating options, as well as the hot tub, are available on the second level covered deck.
Enjoy sunsets and roaming wild horses as you soak in the hot tub. Easily get to the beach, as the access is right beside the home. Take a dip in the private pool after a long day of soaking up the sunshine at the beach. “Sea ShelTer” will leave your family sunkissed, relaxed and rejuvenated!

Situated on the wonderfully unique 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach offers vacationing friends and families the opportunity to enjoy time together on the coast without the distractions of a bustling neighborhood environment. A four-wheel drive vehicle is needed to navigate the beaches where Carova Beach rental homes are located. The northern-most community of the 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach is approximately 8 miles from the beach access ramp and stretches north for about 3 miles to the Virginia border. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
