The splendor of this home is most evident in the Grand Master Suite, which features a double-sided gas fireplace that is shared with the dressing room, and a private deck with sound views. This bedroom also includes a master bathroom with heated tile floor and laundry area.
Each level features spacious gathering areas for entertaining a variety of guests. The great room is the focal point on level three, and offers exceptional ocean views and an oceanfront deck. Its double-sided gas fireplace is shared with the screened piazza, which is an idyllic place for enjoying the company of family and friends. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a wine cooler, six-burner stove and two refrigerators, dishwashers, wall ovens and warming drawers. Level two presents an assortment of leisure activities including a rec room with pool table and kitchenette, a theatre room with tiered seating, and access to furnished covered porches. The level one living room effortlessly transitions to the outdoor cabana area with gas fireplace, and tiki bar. Outdoors, amidst a breathtaking coastal landscape, the amenities continue. The beautiful private pool offers pool lighting and outdoor speakers to add to the ambience. Two Wilmington gas grills make it easy to cook for everyone.
The impressive array of amenities in this home is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, daily beach chair and umbrella set up from April 29 to September 28, and more. For a small fee, guests of this home may also use the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center.

Out family of 17 enjoy this gorgeous home. Our 9 grandchildren under direction of their 18 year old cousin videoed a drama/ comedy for the 2nd year called "Miss Lindsay" It was shown to the family Friday eve in the theater room!!"
