This exceptional coastal retreat offers stunning ocean views, as it is situated directly on the oceanfront. The home combines the best of an Outer Banks vacation with private spa wellness, family entertainment, and resort-style coastal living.
The elevated wellness experience includes a private sauna, cold plunge, custom “The Ocean Club at Four Seasons” spa robes, and customized spa-quality soaps. Add a private pool, hot tub, putting green, theater room, arcade, game room, tiki bar, private beach access, and panoramic ocean views for an unforgettable Duck vacation.
Outdoor features allow you to experience your own oceanfront beach club. Pass through the home's grand entrance pillars, surrounded by lush landscaping and palm trees, and discover your own private putting green. Outside, make a splash in the large private pool, which can be optionally heated, or spend the afternoon relaxing poolside. Grab a drink at the tiki bar, complete with a YETI cooler, challenge the family to ping pong or horseshoes, or unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars.
When the ocean calls, follow the home's private beach walkway across the dunes. “The Ocean Club at Four Seasons” is one of only three homes in the Four Seasons community offering a private covered dune deck, a rare place to enjoy the shade, ocean breeze, and beautiful Atlantic views. It's perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon break from the sun, or simply watching the waves.
Inside the home on the third floor, you’ll find an airy great room with expansive windows that showcase spectacular ocean views stretching from the Duck Research Pier to Southern Shores. The spacious kitchen features quartz countertops, two islands, and upscale appliances. Many bathrooms feature both custom-tiled walk-in showers and whirlpool tubs, extending the spa experience throughout the home. The middle level includes four ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, with three featuring whirlpool tubs. Additional sleeping accommodations are located on the lower level, providing plenty of room for families and groups to spread out.
The lower-level entertainment zone offers plenty to do when you're ready to come inside. The microbrewery-themed recreation room features a pool table and bar-style design, along with a nearby kitchenette and wet bar. Enjoy movie night or the big game in the private theater room, or head to the arcade for video games and foosball.
