Constructed in 2019, this 12-bedroom home provides all the space and amenities you desire for your large group with endless ocean views. Approximately 8 miles up the 4-wheel drive beach, the home is located three blocks from the Carova Beach Park and Boat ramp offering opportunities to experience the majestic wildlife native to this unique area.
Step out onto your private walkway to access the beach for a stroll along the shore. Lounge in your very own outdoor oasis which includes a private 16x36 heated pool (seasonal) with poolside cabana, a tiki bar deck, hot tub, outdoor showers and fish cleaning table for your Catch of the Day! Feel the salty ocean breeze while enjoying the view and a good book or beverage on the home’s expansive decks, dune deck and or patio.
The home features an outside ramp with access to the ground floor and the elevator which effortlessly carries luggage, groceries, and guests to and from all floors. Speaking of groceries, be sure to stock up the kitchen! The chef of the family will rave over the well-equipped cooking quarters complete with two dishwashers, a six-burner gas cooktop, a pot filler, and two refrigerators. A large Island with seating, a breakfast nook, and a dining room with wet bar provide plenty of space and seating for everyone to enjoy meals as a group. After dinner, relax together in the spacious, open great room. Of the 12 bedrooms, 10 are masters with attached custom baths, providing all the peace and privacy you need for a multi-family vacation.
If you’re in the mood for some competitive fun and games, move downstairs to the professional size pool and shuffle board tables in the recreation room. The convenient rec room wet bar including a full size ice maker, is at your fingertips in case you need a refill or work up an appetite. Later, pop some popcorn and wind down from the evening’s activities with a movie in the theater room.

Situated on the wonderfully unique 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach offers vacationing friends and families the opportunity to enjoy time together on the coast without the distractions of a bustling neighborhood environment. A four-wheel drive vehicle is needed to navigate the beaches where Carova Beach rental homes are located. The northern-most community of the 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach is approximately 8 miles from the beach access ramp and stretches north for about 3 miles to the Virginia border. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
