This is not your typical beach vacation rental home! Built as a personal getaway home, this house is for the discerning guest who appreciates quality and attention to detail. “Dune Our Thing II” is a custom home unlike any you have rented in the 4-wheel drive area. This unique home is completely turnkey with superior furnishings and designer touches throughout.
This custom-built home boasts a grand entrance and cherry floors throughout, soaring spiral staircases, stone decks and more. There are gorgeous ocean views from many of the custom decorated rooms.
Take the elevator to the top floor and see the expansive, open living area with amazing views. This level is where you will find the celebrity kitchen with granite countertops that has double everything: two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sinks and two 5-burner vented cooktops. Not on dinner duty? Fix yourself a pre-dinner beverage at the bar, just off the well appointed kitchen. If you are lucky enough to claim the top floor Master Suite, soak up the sunrise on your private balcony facing the ocean. In the evening, find your way to the cozy, private balcony, and prepare yourself for the breathtaking sunsets!
Just downstairs on the middle level you will find three additional master suites with private baths, two of which have their own private balcony. From this middle level foyer you have access to several decks overlooking your private fenced in yard, complete with a pool, hot tub and outside shower.
The lower level is where the fun begins! After a day at the beach, why not try your hand at a game of pool, watch a movie, fix a snack in the kitchenette or crank up the fireplace if the night gets chilly. This level has an adorable cabana bathroom that can be accessed from the pool area or from inside the home. There are two custom decorated bedrooms with (2) twin beds in each room. A full size bathroom is tucked back there too!
The true magic of this place is its wild off-road location in one of the best undiscovered beach spots! So whether you want to spend your days at the beach, relaxing in your own private pool or hot tub, exploring the area and viewing the wild horses or simply taking in the ocean views from every angle of this home, the vacation you dreamed of is well within reach at this awesome house!

It was three stories with 3 refrigerators plenty of bedrooms on each floor equipped with their own bathrooms, which was wonderfully handy! An elevator to take groceries up to the top floor! Balconies on every floor to look out over the ocean or any scenery for miles. We have visited the Outer Banks for the last 10 years and this was one of our very favorite homes to stay in!"
