Upon entering the great room on the top floor of the home, you are greeted by an airy and inviting atmosphere. The interior boasts a perfect blend of contemporary elements and coastal charm, creating a relaxing and soothing ambiance. The modern coastal decor was tastefully incorporated throughout the home, featuring light and breezy color palettes, natural textures, and elegant furnishings. The spacious living area features large windows to allow ample natural light to fill the space, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding beach and ocean. The comfortable seating arrangements and stylish accents make it the perfect spot for relaxation and socializing with friends and family. The kitchen is a dream for any culinary enthusiast. It is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, sleek countertops, and plenty of storage space, including two refrigerators. There is a dining table nearby, plenty of bar seating at the countertop, and a picnic table outside on the large screened porch. Outside on the deck, the home truly showcases its semi-oceanfront location. The spacious deck offers breathtaking views of the ocean, making it the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Be on the lookout for the Corolla wild horses that roam the area.
The master bedroom on the top floor was designed with the utmost comfort in mind and includes access to the deck and a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the third floor of the home. On the middle level of the home, there are four additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of the master bedrooms have access to the covered deck.
On the ground floor, the pool table in the rec room is the perfect place to have fun and relax after a long day in the sunshine. There is a wet bar with a refrigerator in the rec room to ensure that cold drinks and snacks are never far away. Outside, the private pool provides a refreshing oasis for hot summer days, and the nearby beach allows for convenient strolls along the shoreline. The hot tub allows for a restorative soak at the end of each day. You’ll be begging for “Five More Minutes” at this gorgeous and well-appointed home on the 4x4 beach!

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
