Located approximately 6.8 miles up the 4x4 beach, this vacation home was designed for fun and relaxation for all, including four-legged family members. This home is pet-friendly. Situated just one lot back from the oceanfront, “Orange Moon” offers expansive views of the ocean.
The top level of the home is spacious and features comfortable furniture in the living area. The adjacent kitchen is situated so that everyone can spend time together, whether lounging on the couch or preparing a meal. The large kitchen is fully stocked and includes plenty of counter space for food prep. Meals can be enjoyed inside in the dining area or outside in the screened porch. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean. There is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes a private bathroom and deck access. A half bathroom completes the upper level.
The middle level features four bedrooms, with two of them being master bedrooms with private, attached bathrooms. There is an additional full bathroom and a laundry room on the middle level. The lower level was furnished with entertainment in mind, enjoy a game on the pool table in the rec room. A wet bar with a refrigerator is located nearby, so snacks and cold drinks can be readily available. Step outside to the spacious private pool area for some fun in the sun. Play a game of cornhole in the grass just outside of the pool area. Once the sun dips for the night, gaze at the stars in the dark night sky while soaking your cares away in the hot tub. Enjoy a beverage or two in the outdoor bar-style area nearby. Outdoor shower and half bathroom are conveniently located outside. A dog wash station is also outside of the home so your furry family member can get clean as well. “Orange Moon” provides everything your family needs for an unforgettable stay in a unique location!

At the northern end of Highway 12, where the pavement ends and the sand begins, the 4x4 beaches are one of the most remote and unspoiled stretches of the Outer Banks — home to wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs and miles of undeveloped coastline.

North Swan Beach
On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
