If you want to get the most out of your 4x4 Outer Banks vacation, travel "Miles Away" to this lovely 4x4 beach house! Located in North Swan Beach, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and beautiful surrounding landscape. In addition to easy nearby beach access just at the end of the sandy street, this home offers a variety of amenities to help create lasting memories during your stay by the sea.
Inside, enjoy the convenience of an elevator to assist with unpacking and groceries. You and your guests will appreciate the comfort of six bedrooms, all with private attached baths and direct deck access. Open and spacious living and dining areas on the top floor of the home give you a prime view of the ocean while enjoying each others company. The open floor plan allows you to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen without missing out on a moment of the fun with the group. Dine together indoors or in the comfort of the screened-in porch. If you have to work during your vacation, spend your time in the mid-level office which overlooks the pool area, complete with a desk overlooking and a printer/scanner/fax. Downstairs on the first floor, guests can catch a flick in the theater room complete with surround sound and stadium seating. There’s also a recreation room with a pool table for added entertainment, and a kitchenette so drinks and snacks are never far from reach. Also, enjoy not missing a workout while on vacation in the private gym equipped with dumbbell sets up to 55lbs, Incline/Flat/Decline bench, stationary bike, yoga mats, resistance bands, and medicine balls.
Step outside where the 14’x33’ private pool welcomes you to cool off after the beach or to lounge in the sun poolside. Spend evenings relaxing in the bubbling hot tub or enjoying salty breezes from the many decks that surround the home while keeping watch for wild horses in the dunes. At the northern end of Highway 12, where the pavement ends and the sand begins, the 4x4 beaches are one of the most remote and unspoiled stretches of the Outer Banks — home to wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs and miles of undeveloped coastline.

North Swan Beach
On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
