Be on the lookout for the Corolla Wild Horses, as they regularly roam throughout the area.
Inside, the great room on the top floor is your coastal haven, open and sun‑lit. The living area features comfortable seating for relaxed conversations, and an electric fireplace is available to keep you cozy in the cooler months. Equipped for serious cooking or casual cocktails, the kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar to keep the fun flowing. The dining area, set beside the kitchen, offers the perfect setting for breakfast or a festive family meal. A screened porch offers an outdoor sanctuary, ideal for leisurely afternoons, reading, or sipping an evening glass as the sky fades to twilight. Downstairs, the rec room with a pool table and lounge seating becomes the hub for popcorn nights, game tournaments, or laid‑back gatherings, all just steps from the pool deck.
Outside, the private pool is nothing short of a backyard oasis. Float around in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around the poolside. The hot tub, on the mid level, deck beckons at dusk, inviting you to a relaxing soak.
The bedrooms are designed for both comfort and privacy. There are two ensuite bedrooms on the top floor, each with a private bathroom and deck access. Four additional ensuite bedrooms are on the middle level, each with a private bathroom and deck access. A cabana half bathroom on the ground floor opens to the pool area for convenience. An additional half bathroom is available on the third floor.

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
