The top level of the vacation home features a light and airy great room, with the Atlantic Ocean as the backdrop for family gatherings. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy morning coffee with a panoramic view of the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean. Be on the lookout for the Corolla Wild Horses as they freely roam through the area. The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to prepare a meal, just add groceries! The dining areas consist of a breakfast bar with seating for 3, as well as a dining table that seats 12.
Each of the home’s bedrooms is comfortably furnished to enhance relaxation after a day of outdoor adventures. The ensuite bedroom on the third floor features a private bathroom and access to a private ocean-facing deck. An additional ensuite bedroom is available on the second floor and includes a private bathroom and private deck. There is an additional bedroom and a full bathroom on the second floor and two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor is also home to the laundry and recreation room.
The recreation room has a pool table, large screen TV and extra refrigerator. Guests have access to the wrap around deck and a stairway to the backyard. The pool and hot tub are easily accessible at the back of the property. This area is great for taking a refreshing dip in the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, barbecuing or simply lounging by the poolside. When you’re ready to spend a day at the beach, load up your vehicle and park directly there for a convenient tailgate-style day at the oceanfront. You’ll be “Kissed by the Wind” after enjoying the salty ocean breezes at this lovely coastal retreat!

At the northern end of Highway 12, where the pavement ends and the sand begins, the 4x4 beaches are one of the most remote and unspoiled stretches of the Outer Banks — home to wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs and miles of undeveloped coastline.

North Swan Beach
On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
