Located on North Swan Beach in the 4x4 area, this beautiful, eight-bedroom home is ready to host your next family vacation! Amenities are plentiful for the entire family. “Whiskey Dunes” is pet friendly so bring along your pet on your family vacation because they are a part of the family, too! On the top floor of the home, guests can gather in the home’s spacious living room. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, a gas cooktop, double ovens and gorgeous countertops with a wonderful backsplash. There is also a sunroom on this level that allows guests to sit back and relax or use the multi-purpose bumper pool/ poker table. Three master bedrooms, two kings and a queen complete this floor level.
The middle floor level features two master bedrooms with king beds, two master bedrooms with two bunk sets in each room, and a master bedroom with two twin beds. Challenge each other to a game of billiards with the home’s pool table, or try your skill at one of the 60 games available in the Arcade Classic multi-game unit. Make snacks at the wet bar and store beverages in the refrigerator that is here too! The laundry room is also on this level.
The lower level is the elevator entryway and has another full bath with shower. There is a convenient dog wash station and additional outdoor shower for rinsing off when you come in from the beach. Outdoor activities include cornhole, volleyball, a ping pong table and access to the home’s private, gated swimming pool, and hot tub!

Only bad was we had to leave early because Hurricane Ian was closing in at the end of our stay!"
"The house was both roomy and beautiful and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The walk way to the beach was convenient and very well maintained. There were a few minor issues with the house when we arrived but all of them were addressed in a timely manner by Twiddy. We enjoyed our stay at Whiskey Dunes so much that we rebooked the house for 2 weeks for next summer!"
