The adventure begins before you even arrive at this pet friendly home! Located on the secluded 4x4 beach, getting to “Deep Blue” means leaving the pavement behind and driving along the beach until you reach your home away from home. Once you arrive, panoramic ocean views, multiple ocean-facing decks, and the sound of the surf make it easy to settle into a slower pace. Spend the morning watching the waves from the deck, keep an eye out for wild horses frolicking along the shoreline, or simply enjoy having miles of coastline right outside your door. Walk approximately 200 feet to reach the pristine beach.
Inside, the great room takes full advantage of the view, giving everyone a comfortable place to gather, relax, and reconnect. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops is designed for preparing everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a big seafood feast with the entire family. A dining area keeps meals and conversation together. Or eat outside, where outdoor seating lets you enjoy the salty ocean breeze with your meal. The sitting area on the middle level offers a great spot to curl up with a book. Downstairs, the rec room is ready for some friendly competition with a pool table and ping pong table topper, while a separate sitting area with a wet bar and refrigerator makes it easy to keep drinks and snacks close by. Movies and games are available at the home, or choose to log in to your streaming service and settle in for a night at home after a day exploring the beach.

North Swan Beach
On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
