This 5 bedroom beauty is thoughtfully decorated with vacationers in mind. The lower level den has a kitchenette and full size refrigerator and freezer. The upper level great room with adjoining open kitchen allows space for everyone to spread out and relax. The screened porch off the kitchen offers additional space to take in the views.
The outside pool and bar area make "Xanadune" a real favorite among its vacationing guests. This unique outdoor space offers a TV and an expansive tiki bar with granite counter tops, perfect for entertaining. The “sports bottom” pool is ideally designed to enjoy hours of fun and games.

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
