Located in North Swan Beach, this retreat delivers front-row seats to the rhythm of the waves and frequent sightings of the iconic Corolla wild horses that roam freely nearby. With no paved roads and nothing but open shoreline in every direction, this is where nature, tranquility, and family fun converge.
Inside, on the home’s top floor, an open-concept great room is the heart of the house. The living area, with its comfy seating and natural light, becomes your go-to spot for laughter, movie nights, and soaking in the unbeatable ocean view. The kitchen is fully stocked for any feast, with ample counter space and two dishwashers to make cleanup a breeze. The home’s elevator is a huge help with getting groceries up to the kitchen on the third floor. Outside on the deck, morning coffee is paired with ocean sunrises. Multiple decks span each level of the home, allowing you to step out and enjoy the salty breeze anytime. Evenings bring stories, games, and unforgettable meals around the spacious dining table, or gather in the rec room on the mid-level for a fun game of pool. Downstairs on the ground floor, this rec room includes ping pong and a wet bar with a refrigerator and dishwasher.

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
