Located just one lot back from the oceanfront, this 4x4 home will be your family’s favorite vacation hideaway. With gorgeous views of the ocean and attention to detail for comfort and convenience, this is the perfect beach house for making OBX vacation memories. The beach access is just steps away from the home.
The great room on the top level of the home is open and bright, with a wall of ocean-facing windows to allow the beautiful view to fill the room. Kick back and relax in the comfortable living area, which includes an electric fireplace to warm up the room during chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Fuel up for the day with breakfast at the 13-foot kitchen island, which includes seating and also serves as additional meal prep space. The included icemaker is well-equipped to keep your food and beverages cold during long days on the beach. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby. Make your morning coffee and head outside to the deck to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The screened porch offers another outdoor living space with ocean views to enjoy, perhaps with a good book or an afternoon snack. There is a half bathroom on the third floor as well. One master bedroom can be found on the top floor, which includes a private bathroom and deck access.
Two additional master bedrooms can be found on the second floor of the home. Each master bedroom includes a private bathroom. There is one additional bedroom and full bathroom on the second level. A den on the second level serves as an additional common space to relax in, especially for kids or teenagers to enjoy some time away from the adults. Laundry facilities are available on the second floor as well. Abundant deck space can also be found outside on the second floor.
Outside, the focus is on fun in the sun. Make a splash in the private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine. After the sun dips for the evening, head out to the hot tub for a restorative soak while gazing at the stars in the dark night sky. “The Kraken” is ready to make your family’s Outer Banks vacation dreams come true!

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
