Gorgeous coastal decor and upscale features can be found throughout the home.
Upon entering the great room on the top level, you are greeted by panoramic ocean views that pour through the floor to ceiling windows. Relax in the comfortable living area and watch the waves roll in. You may even catch a glimpse of the famous Corolla Wild Horses. The kitchen and dining areas are also located in the great room, so you can enjoy the view while preparing or enjoying meals. The light and airy kitchen features ample counter space, including an island with granite countertops. After enjoying your meal with family, sneak away to the sunroom for a quiet moment watching the surf crash on the sand. The master bedroom on the top level includes a private bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and deck access. A half bathroom completes the top level.
The middle level of the home consists of bedrooms and common spaces. All of the four bedrooms are master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is a den with deck access included on this level, as well as a laundry room. There is an elevator that accesses all levels of the home, including the ground level near the home’s entry, making unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. A second refrigerator is available in a closet by the stairs. After a long day at the beach, soak your cares away in the hot tub. No matter what you choose to do, “Seahorse” is sure to be your favorite home away from home!

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
