On the top level, the home’s great room features large ocean-facing windows to take in the salty breeze and beautiful view. The great room is accommodated to be your relaxing space and entertainment center! Stay on the lookout for Corolla Wild Horses in the ship’s watch, or get close to nature on the spacious deck. The nearby kitchen is equipped with detailed amenities for your next bite. Meals with the family can be enjoyed in the dining area or screen porch. Additionally, there is a half-bathroom.
On the middle level, there are two master bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are also two bedrooms and a semi-private bathroom. Enjoy more beautiful views with deck access!
On the bottom level, you’ll find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, as well as an additional half-bathroom. Let your competitive side shine in the game room with foosball or kick back with your favorite movie. When you get hungry or thirsty, head over to the refrigerator and wet bar for a yummy treat! Step outside for fun in the sun with a private pool oasis and hot tub or convenient beach access.

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
