The home is convenient to the beach and is generally well appointed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and large kitchen. The elevator also was welcome to a few in our party with knee and hip issues.

The Wild Goose is a great house for a large family or group of all ages. Well designed and constructed and fun. Lots of space, decent size pool, and about a 5-minute walk to the beach (limited ocean view from house). Very happy with our experience! Kitchen is large and comfortable for cooking and mingling. Appreciated 16-seat dining table, 10 master bedrooms (&flat screen TVs in each), pool, roomy parking, elevator, decks, and pleasant furnishings. (Just needs faster wifi/internet connectivity.) Whalehead neighborhood is open, not crowded; easy access to activities, historic village, and bike paths. Great house and good location!

Wild Goose was quite an adventure. Our friends and family enjoyed the spacious living and amenities that this home had to offer. We would highly recommend this home to a large group. The beach was well within walking distance and other local shops and the park were within walking distance. The three refrigerators and two dish washers came in handy as well. We will definitely be returning to the Outer Banks in the near future and absolutely recommend Twiddy for a vacation home rental.

Wild Goose was spacious and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Everyone had ample room for their own space as well as we all had large spaces to meet together. We especially liked the large dining room table which accommodated our whole family for special meals.
