Looking for the perfect oceanfront vacation home where comfort, fun, and relaxation come together? “Absolutely Top Dog” is a unique two-story, twelve-bedroom home where family vacation memories are made! With incredible amenities, plenty of space, and the beach right outside, this home is everything you could want in a coastal getaway. Your furry family members can join the vacation fun, as this home is pet friendly.
You’ll feel right at home as soon as you enter this charming coastal retreat. The spacious great room on the top floor is open and inviting, perfect for gathering the entire family. Picture everyone relaxing on the comfy couches, enjoying good conversation while the sunshine streams in through the windows. The living area is comfortably furnished and offers an electric fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. An elevator is a big help when unloading luggage or bringing groceries into the home. The kitchen is built for big families and food lovers alike, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the tools you need to cook up delicious meals. A fridge and freezer are ideal for food storage, and a dishwasher is a huge help when cleaning up. Whether you’re whipping up a big family breakfast or preparing a seafood feast, the functional kitchen makes it easy and enjoyable. The nearby dining area offers enough seating for your large group. Outside on the oceanfront deck, sip your morning coffee as you watch a stunning sunrise over the ocean. If you’d like a closer view, stroll over to the private walkway to the beach, which features a large dune deck, which is also a great place to watch the pelicans fly by in the afternoons.
With twelve master bedrooms, everyone will have their own space to unwind. There are five master bedrooms on the third floor, each with a private bathroom and three with access to the deck. Seven master bedrooms are available on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and four with access to the deck. A laundry room with two washers and two dryers is available on the second floor.
Outside on the second level, the private pool area offers outdoor living options for everyone in your group. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool, which features a tanning ledge. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, choose from the shade of the poolside cabana or the covered deck. After the sun sets for the night, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub as you gaze up at the stars.
In addition to the main home, the Fun Villa was designed with entertainment in mind and offers two levels of exciting options. On the second level, enjoy the theater room, and for more competitive fun, head to the rec room on the third floor for a game of pool or video games. It’s the ultimate hangout spot for both kids and adults, with four large TVs.
