Located directly on the oceanfront, beautiful ocean views and salty breezes are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. With twelve master bedrooms, nine of them boasting ocean views and a wide variety of upscale amenities, your entire family will love making memories here. Dogs are welcome too, as this home is pet friendly.
The top level of the main home was designed for gathering, with an open-concept great room. Views of the ocean out of the large windows serve as the perfect backdrop. Relax with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. Enjoy the full sonos surround sound on the great room TV with speakers that expand into the game room and oceanside dekc. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the ocean breeze, either in the sunshine or the shade, as there are sun decks and covered decks on the top level. Walk through the double three-panel sliders that open up to the screened-in porch for that open feel while soaking up the salt air. There is a private den/library on the top level, perfect for those who must work while on vacation or those who would like to sneak away with a good book. Getting luggage and groceries to the upper levels of the home is a breeze using the elevator. The kitchen is equipped to accommodate your entire family, with three refrigerators, two ovens (30-inch double oven), two stoves (professional 48-inch gas range cooktop), two microwaves, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter space. Enjoy meals at the large oceanfront dining table nearby. Barstool seating is also available. When it’s time to clean up after family meals, two dishwashers are a huge help. Everyone will love playing in the game room, which includes a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, card table, and an arcade game. There is one master bedroom on the top level, with a private bathroom, deck access, and a gorgeous ocean view. A half bathroom can also be found on the top level of the main home.
Three additional master bedrooms are available in the guest house on the third floor. Each of the master bedrooms has a private entrance, accessible from the covered decks on the north side of the home. Each of the three master bedrooms includes a private bathroom. Two of the master bedrooms open to a private covered deck. There are exterior stairs on the covered deck that connect the third and second levels of the guest house. Take family movie night to an epic new level in the theater room on the second floor of the guest house. Enjoy the 100-inch TV in the theater room with Sonos surround sound! The theater room is conveniently equipped with a wet bar, for easy access to snacks and drinks, as well as a half bathroom. A spacious screened porch completes the second floor of the guest house.
On the middle floor of the main home, there are eight additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Seven of the master bedrooms also include access to the deck, which includes a hot tub. Relax and enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub while gazing up at the stars in the dark night sky. The private walkway to the beach connects to the second floor deck as well. The laundry room on the second floor is equipped with a wet bar, so snacks and cold drinks can be available without going up to the third floor.
The ground floor was planned with outdoor living in mind. Take a dip in the generously sized private infinity edge saltwater pool, which includes a swim-up bar and tanning ledge. Two additional hot tubs can be found in the pool area as well. If lounging around in the pool area is more your speed, there is a covered outdoor bar (with motorized shutters) with a refrigerator and a ping pong table. On chilly evenings, sit by the poolside gas fireplace, which includes a water feature. The cabana area is equipped with a TV, so you can watch a movie or the big game while you listen to the waves in the background. On the bottom level, there is also a full Sonos stereo with 14 speakers and dual 12-inch subwoofers. On top of the cabana, there is a sun deck that overlooks the pool area. The sun deck can be reached from all three levels of the home via exterior stairs. Plan a big family cookout during your stay, as there is an impressive grilling area and an outdoor dining area nearby. There’s truly something for everyone in your group in the outdoor living area. Two outdoor showers and a half bathroom complete the spectacular outdoor living space. Dry entry to the home is available on the ground floor, where there is another full kitchen with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, wine cooler, commercial ice maker, oven, and microwave. As well as covered parking for up to eight vehicles.
