The great room on the third floor was designed for gathering, with an open-concept layout and custom-designed furnishings. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area, featuring a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. The cooks in your group will love the chef’s well-equipped kitchen and large butler’s pantry, that includes a gas stove, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, double oven, high-end appliances, and plenty of counter space. Unloading groceries and luggage is a breeze using the home’s elevator. Big family meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area featuring a custom-made table to accommodate all of your guests. The musicians in your family will enjoy entertaining you while they tickle the ivories on the home’s piano. Test your cocktail-making skills at the wet bar. There is even an office with a desk if you need to catch up on work while you are here. Outside on the home’s eastern deck in the early morning, watch the sunrise and enjoy the ocean breeze as you sip your morning coffee. The western screened porch is a great place to hang out at any time of the day, whether you’re enjoying an afternoon beverage or sneaking away with a good book. Back inside, take a conference call, catch up on email in the privacy of the office, or enjoy a book watching the waves lap in from the ship’s watch.
Three master bedrooms are on the third floor, each with a private bathroom. All the bedrooms throughout the house include lovely designer linens and delightfully comfortable mattresses. Each room has a special feature, whether it's a sitting area, or access to the deck. A half bathroom is also conveniently located on the third level.
On the middle level, you’ll find seven master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and six with access to the deck. For your convenience, one bedroom/bath offers handicap-friendly features. Another bedroom is perfectly designed for the kids with built-in bunks and special features. Take outdoor living to the next level outside on the covered deck, which features one NC traditional OBX style sleeping porch with hanging beds designed to enjoy the ocean to sound breezes. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the middle level and includes two washers and two dryers and a coffee station/beverage fridge for your morning convenience.
The ground floor of the home features a wide variety of entertainment options, a kitchen, and the final two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a convenient half bath for poolside use. Have an epic family movie night in the theater room. The rec room includes a pool table and arcade games. Stock the refrigerators in the wet bar to have easy access to cold drinks and snacks throughout your stay with a passthrough bar to enjoy with your evening grills and family dinners on the screened porch by the pool.
