Enter your “Salty Sea Era” at this oceanfront beach house in Carova! Relax and enjoy panoramic ocean views, breathtaking sunset views, and salty breezes throughout your stay at this home on the 4x4 beach. Featuring five bedrooms and a private pool, this pet friendly retreat is perfect for your next family vacation.
On the home’s top floor, you’ll find a welcoming great room with many ocean-facing windows to allow the beautiful view to fill the room. The comfortably furnished living area is ideally suited for conversing with loved ones, watching your favorite TV show, or curling up with a good book. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. Across the room, the kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your vacation. Gather for family meals in the nearby dining area, with the ocean view as your backdrop or have a meal together outside on the spacious deck. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter barstools. Outside on the oceanfront deck, enjoy your morning coffee as you watch a stunning sunrise over the ocean, or evening drinks watching the sunset on the opposite side. Throughout the day, be on the lookout for the Corolla Wild Horses that regularly roam through the area. A half bathroom is conveniently available on the third floor.
There is one master bedroom on the home’s top floor, and it includes a private bathroom as well as access to the deck. Two additional master bedrooms are available on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the middle level. The cozy den on this level serves as an additional living area, including access to the covered deck. A wet bar with a wine cooler is located nearby, so there’s no need to go upstairs to grab a beverage.
Let the fun begin as you venture outside. Enjoy a swim in the refreshing private pool. From the pool area, walk over the dune to reach the soft-sand beach. After dark, soak in the hot tub as you gaze up at the stars in the dark night sky. Experience a relaxing and memorable Outer Banks vacation at “Salty Sea Era” on the 4x4 beach!

Situated on the wonderfully unique 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach offers vacationing friends and families the opportunity to enjoy time together on the coast without the distractions of a bustling neighborhood environment. A four-wheel drive vehicle is needed to navigate the beaches where Carova Beach rental homes are located. The northern-most community of the 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach is approximately 8 miles from the beach access ramp and stretches north for about 3 miles to the Virginia border. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
