With gorgeous sweeping views of the ocean, salty breezes, and the convenience of being beachfront are yours for the duration of your stay. There’s room for the entire family, as the home features twelve bedrooms and a plethora of amenities.
The great room on the top floor of the home is open and bright, allowing natural light and the stunning ocean view to fill the room. The comfortable furnishings in the living area allow you to relax and watch your favorite show on TV. A fireplace is available for use during the chillier months of the year. There is a separate seating area in front of the large oceanfront windows, perfect for daydreaming while watching the waves roll in. The kitchen is equipped to store food and prepare meals for a crowd, with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, and plenty of counter space. Meals can be enjoyed together at the large dining table nearby, at the kitchen countertop barstools, or outside on the deck. Just outside of the dining area is an oceanfront deck with seating, which is the perfect place to watch a gorgeous Outer Banks sunrise with your morning coffee. There are two ensuite bedrooms included on the third level, each with a private full bathroom. One of the ensuite bedrooms is oceanfront and includes a large glass enclosed shower in the bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
The middle level of the home includes six ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are beautiful ocean views from the den, which includes an attached full bathroom and access to the covered deck. A laundry room and an additional half bathroom can also be found on the second level. The four remaining ensuite bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, each includes a private bathroom. A second laundry room and a half bathroom are available for use on the first floor.
The remainder of the lowest level was designed with fun and entertainment in mind. Movie night goes to a new, epic level in the theatre room, which features a projector and surround sound. Choose your fun in the rec room, which includes a pool table, arcade game, seating area with TV and foosball, and a card table. When it’s time to refuel, snacks and drinks can always be available in the nearby kitchenette. The entertainment features continue outside in the pool area. Make a splash in the private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine. Cook something tasty on the grill and enjoy it at the tables nearby, all without leaving the pool area. From the pool area, access the beach using the private beach access, which includes a spacious dune deck with seating. After nightfall, head back out to the pool area for a restorative soak in the hot tub. Don’t forget to look up at all of the stars in the dark OBX night sky. “Salt and Light” is the perfect place for your family to make vacation memories!
