The home was impeccably designed and finished for those with discerning tastes for the ultimate beach vacation experience.
You will be treated to trendy common areas for entertainment and leisure. All 12 elegant bedrooms have luxury furnishings, pillow top mattresses, fine imported linens, and HDTVs, with 11 featuring their own private Italian tile spa-inspired luxury bathroom with imported stone-topped vanities. This exquisite home is located in the Whalehead community in Corolla and is close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and activities.
On the top level, breathtaking ocean views, soaring ceilings, shimmering bamboo floors, and streaming natural light greets you in the expansive open-concept great room. The living area features several fashionable sofas and armchairs positioned around a seasonal gas fireplace and 65" HDTV with surround sound. The furnished sun decks offer stunning ocean views, gentle coastal breezes, and piped-in music. Adjoining the great room is a large open-concept dining area/breakfast bar with luxury furnishings that seat 27 guests with spectacular ocean views. The gourmet kitchen is impeccably finished with distinctive cabinets, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for seven. Professional grade stainless steel appliances include a separate full-size refrigerator plus full-size freezer, wine/beverage cooler, six-burner gas cook top with pot filler, double ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers, and an ice maker. An elevator and half bath are conveniently located steps away from the kitchen and dining area. The top floor is completed with three sensational master bedroom suites with bamboo floors, luxury furnishings, beds with pillow top mattresses, and luxury Italian imported tile baths with stone-topped imported vanities, one with direct sun deck access and one offering a private balcony.
On the middle floor you'll find an elegant array of bedroom suites with bamboo floors and Italian tiled baths with imported stone-topped imported vanities. Four suites are furnished with luxury furnishings and pillow-top mattresses. Two have access to the breezy wraparound covered deck and one has a private balcony. A fifth suite has a private Italian tile bath, imported stone topped vanity and direct deck access. Laundry facilities with two full-sized washer and dryer units are conveniently located in the hallway for easy access. The media/office den completes the middle floor and is outfitted with beautiful coffered ceilings, ample seating, 60" HDTV with surround sound, an office nook, and direct access to the furnished covered deck.
Sleeping accommodations on the ground floor include two master suites, each with private tile baths with imported stone-topped imported furniture style vanities and two bedrooms equipped with two twin custom-built bunk sets, one with a private bath and one with a shared bath. Guests will agree the cinema-style home theatre provides the ultimate in-movie viewing with tiered stadium seating for twelve, a 120" projection screen, and THX 7.1 surround sound! The sporty recreation and media lounge is perfectly outfitted for competitive fun with a pool table, mounted flat screen TV, bar table with stool seating, and a kitchenette with granite countertops, tile backsplash, sink, and stainless steel full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a hotel-grade icemaker to fill up your coolers for a day at the beach. The media area provides plush sofa seating and a 60" HDTV, and an Xbox console.
The rec room doors open to beautifully landscaped grounds that surround the custom private gunite saltwater pool with built-in seating and an in-ground kiddie pool, as well as an outdoor sound system. The pool deck is appropriately furnished with sitting and lounging options and features a custom poolside pergola over the bubbling eight-person hot tub. Gather around the cabana bar with seating for twelve to watch the 55' outdoor TV and enjoy snacking and poolside drinks. Outdoor dining tables allow for informal BBQs after grilling on the covered Stainless Steel gas grill. The Stainless Steel gas grill is hooked up to the home's gas line so no worries of running out of propane while grilling! A cabana half bath and two enclosed outdoor showers complete the outdoor amenities. The community beach access is located just across the street from this beautiful vacation home.
