The home’s interior features coastal decor that is both relaxed and fun. The open and airy great room showcases endless views of the ocean, making it the perfect place for your entire group to gather. Kick back and relax in the comfortably furnished living area. Watch TV or simply watch the waves roll in. Up a short flight of stairs, the ship’s watch with deck access offers a stunning panoramic view of the ocean, making it the perfect place to read a book with the Atlantic as your backdrop. An additional elevated sitting area is available off the kitchen and includes a wine cooler. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for cooking elaborate breakfasts or fresh seafood dinners. Multiple dining areas ensure that your entire group has a seat for memorable family meals. Get groceries up to the third floor with ease using the home’s elevator.
Outside on the decks, gorgeous panoramic ocean views are the main attraction. The impressive decks offer a variety of seating options, whether you’d like to sip your coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, eat lunch with a view, or simply enjoy the salty breeze. Peak relaxation will be on your daily agenda, as the hot tub is located on the top level deck, offering an immersive experience that includes seeing the ocean and the beach, listening to the waves lap the shore, and savoring the coastal breeze. Multiple decks on the upper levels of the home offer both sun-soaked seating and shaded retreats.
Back inside, take family movie night to an epic new level in the theater room on the middle floor. There is a wet bar nearby when drinks and more popcorn are needed. On the ground floor, the rec room adds another layer of fun, with games and entertainment for both kids and adults. Choose from air hockey, shuffleboard, a pool table, and a card table. A spacious kitchenette keeps snacks and cold beverages within reach.
The bedrooms are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, giving everyone in the group a private place to recharge after long days of fun. With ocean views from several rooms, even waking up feels like part of the vacation experience. On the third floor, there is one ensuite bedroom with deck access and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. There are five bedrooms on the middle floor, each with an ensuite bathroom, and four with access to the deck. On the ground floor, two ensuite bedrooms each have a private bathroom and deck access. There are three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Also on the ground floor is a cabana half bathroom, which opens to both the pool area and the common space in the house.
Spend your days floating in the private pool, or stepping along the private walkway over the dune to the wide stretch of Corolla beach.
