"Absolutely Shore" is a beautiful cedar-shake oceanfront home located mid-block for a quieter beach setting. The spacious kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner 48" KitchenAid double-oven, dual refrigerators and dishwashers, plus, an island with prep sink and six-seat peninsula. The large great room and dining area provide wonderful space for gathering while the sunroom off of the dining area and the mid-floor den offer more intimate seating areas. The first floor rec room has a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, pool table and surround sound. The cork floors inside and the PebbleFlex flooring surrounding the pool allow barefoot comfort inside and out. Other amenities include an elevator, custom-tile showers and baths, two outdoor showers and an outdoor bathroom.

"This a fabulous home, perfect in every way. Such thoughtful design, with amazing amenities both inside and out, make it ideal for large family vacations. Privacy is skillfully preserved in bedroom layouts, each with their own bathroom. Incredible ocean views and a beachfront with significant distance from general access ways. By the way, the kitchen is stocked with anything you need and a joy to prepare in! You may never come in though - because the pool, hot tub, tiki bar and beachfront will allow you to maximize the outdoors. You'll love it!"
"Has everything one could need with great location. The owners calling while we were there to ask if we had any issues was a nice touch too. Two issues the first level game room the AC stopped working. It was fixed within a few hours. The main washer stopped spinning in spin cycle.. Immediate response to a service call revealed that a belt tore and fell off and needed replaced. Had to order part. This was towards end of the week. We have been owners on BOX for 13 years in the past and have been coming to OBX now for 35 years straight. This is one of the best houses we have rented."
"We have been going to Absolutely Shore for a number of years and love the comfort of the home. Our group is getting older and the elevator is a necessary feature for us. Walk-in showers so convenient. The beds are very comfortable and the quality of the linen is top notch. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil for the cooks in your group. It has everything families and friends need for a fun filled week. Location is perfect, close to grocery stores and merchandise shopping. Our weather this week was awesome. We have made friends with local merchants and are so glad they are there. Thank you to the owners! and Twiddy for a beautiful beach house!"

"We have been coming to Corolla since 1997 and stayed at many houses over the years. This was by far our favorite house. It was in excellent condition and you could clearly tell the pride of ownership. Every small detail has been thought of down to the hooks inside the shower for hanging wet bathings suits. We loved the beachy decor and outdoor space as well. 10/10"
