Smart house controls allow guests to electronically adjust the sound system, lights and temperature in each room, which gives everyone the opportunity to be comfortable at all times. This home is truly one-of-a-kind!
The pool complex has everything needed for a fun day in the sun. Take a refreshing dip in the large 16’ x 40’ private pool, which includes a separate waterfall feature. Gaze at the stars in the beautiful night sky while soaking in the hot tub. Additionally, there is a hot tub on the mid level deck with ocean views. The pool area also includes two outdoor showers and an outside half bathroom. The covered poolside cabana is equipped with bar seating, TV, two gas grills with hood vent, a sink and a beer froster. A fish cleaning table is available for cleaning your fresh catch. Enjoy salty breezes all day without leaving the pool area!
The top level offers panoramic ocean views from the deck and anywhere in the great room. The living area is tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and relaxing coastal decor. A 70” TV screen with surround sound system and a gas fireplace add to the allure of the great room. Cooks will love preparing meals for a crowd in the gourmet kitchen, which includes two refrigerators, two dishwashers, double oven, 6-burner gas cooktop, ice machine, and wine refrigerator. There’s room for everyone to eat together at the dining table with seating for 14, the breakfast bar and breakfast nook. Getting groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the top level is a breeze when using the elevator.
There is one master bedroom on the third floor of the home, which includes deck access and a three-sided gas fireplace that straddles the bedroom and private bathroom. The master bathroom features a custom tile shower/steam room with rain shower and body sprays as well as a whirlpool tub. In addition to the oceanfront deck access, the master bedroom also includes a front-facing private porch. There is an additional bedroom on the top level that also includes access to the deck. There is an additional full bathroom with a custom tile shower across the hall from the bedroom.
Common areas on the middle and bottom levels are geared toward entertainment. Level two boasts a media room with a 70” TV with home theatre surround sound, a game/card table, and a screened porch. A wet bar and drink cooler are located nearby to keep snacks and drinks handy. The bedrooms throughout the home offer the utmost in comfort and top notch decor. There are four master bedrooms on the middle level, each with a private bathroom. With exception of the full bathroom attached to the bunk bed room, all of the master bathrooms include custom-tile rain showers with body sprays, as well as access to the deck or screened porch. Outside on the middle level deck, watch the waves roll in from the 6-8 person hot tub.
The ground floor offers a 70” TV with surround sound, a regulation-size pool table, foosball table, screened-in rec room with ping pong table, and a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator. One master bedroom can be found on the ground floor of the home, and the private bathroom features a custom-tile rain shower and body sprays.
