Entertain your family and friends with ten bedrooms and an array of amenities including a rec room, hot tub and private gunite pool, plus the convenience of an elevator. The setting of this semi-oceanfront home will hold you captive. Spacious living areas, ample covered porches and expansive decking lets you relax inside or out, on all three levels. This home's deck railings are lower and utilize steel sailing wire, to make the most of the views. You'll enjoy the sounds of the surf, the scent of the seaspray, and the soothing ocean breezes. The kitchen features granite countertops, a commercial-grade microwave, butcher-block island, stainless steel appliances and sinks, two dishwashers, two refrigerator/freezers, two ovens, a gas cooktop with hooded ventilation, a breakfast alcove and counter seating. The dining area has views of the ocean and the Corolla Lighthouse from the solid mahogany dining table. For recreation, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, hot tub with sail shade, exterior covered entertainment center, rec room with wet bar, and playroom. Exterior decks are made of resilient Brazilian teak (with self-drain feature) and offer low-level lighting. The landscaped grounds feature a fully-fenced westside lawn and pool area.

"This house was BEAUTIFUL. If you want a beachfront home but don’t want to pay the price for it, or if you have a large family that might want to do things other than hang out on the beach, this is the house for you. It was huge, beautiful, and had really nice beach touches. Even though it’s not beach front, it’s diagonal from the public beach access and therefore you have an easy walk to the beach AND you can see the waves and beach from the second and third balconies. Nothing cliche or gimicky decor-wise, and the furniture was really well made and fit each room. You can tell the owners spent the time and money to making it really nice. The backyard was PERFECT - a beautiful pool/patio with a whole grass field for outdoor games and being fenced in really gave us peace of mind with the little kids running around. We will absolutely stay here again."

"This vacation home is both beautiful and unique. The spacious great room can accommodate large family dinners , movie and game nights. The ocean views from the decks are amazing. With the unique wrap around deck feature you can see both sunsets and sunrises. The home also has lighthouse views. Just a short hop across the street and you’re at the ocean. The pool, hot tub and spacious yard make for wonderful family fun. House is updated and beautifully decorated. Love Casa Playa!"

The volleyball court was large enough for all 18 adults to get into a series of games every night. The youngest in our group practically lived in the pool."
