Outside on the deck, rolling waves, an endless horizon, and the soothing soundtrack of the surf instantly put you into vacation mode. Mornings here are made for coffee on the deck as the sun rises over the ocean, and evenings for watching the sky turn shades of pink and gold as dinner sizzles on the grill.
Inside, the spacious great room on the third floor is designed for both connection and relaxation. Large windows frame the beautiful ocean view at this pet friendly home. The comfortably furnished living area invites everyone to gather, whether it’s to play card games around the coffee table or simply to take in the view through the wall of ocean-facing windows. Across the room, the kitchen is fully equipped for memorable meals, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for a seafood feast. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and double ovens are a big help when preparing meals for a crowd. The adjacent dining area, with its large table, offers the perfect backdrop for sharing stories after a day at the beach. An elevator is available to assist with bringing groceries and luggage to the middle and upper levels of the home. Outside, the spacious deck offers a variety of seating options to get comfortable and enjoy the salty ocean breeze.
The ground floor will surely be the popular place to hang out in the evenings. In the rec room, gather around the pool table and play for vacation bragging rights. A kitchenette is nearby, keeping snacks and cold drinks within reach. Make some popcorn and head to the theater room to take family movie night to an epic level.
Step outside to enjoy the private pool area, where days drift by under the warm sun. Lounge with a good book, splash with the kids, or unwind in the hot tub while the ocean breeze keeps things perfectly comfortable. The soft-sand Corolla beach is just over the dune, reached by the private walkway to the beach. The walkway features a covered dune deck with seating, making it the perfect place to enjoy frosty beverages in the afternoon while you watch the pelicans fly by.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, offering a quiet escape at the end of each day. Soft coastal colors and private spaces create a sense of calm that complements the rhythm of the sea. All bedrooms include a private bathroom. On the home’s top level, there are two ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the ensuite bedrooms features a whirlpool tub and offers deck access. Six ensuite bedrooms are available on the middle floor, three with access to the deck. On the ground floor, there are four ensuite bedrooms. There is a half bathroom on the top level and a cabana half bathroom on the ground floor that also opens to the pool area.
Located near Corolla’s best attractions, including local shops, dining, and the iconic Currituck Beach Lighthouse, this beach house makes it easy to enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer.
