Very clean, close to beach, even underneath house clean, had footwash stations on walk from beach which helped keep sand out. could use a game room with pooltable and extra refrigerator would have been nice.

Can you please tell me the bed sizes by floor and which are masters and which have deck access? Where is the hot tub located? How many people does the large dining room seat and does it have a bench on the other side of the table?
Laurel, Level 2 has a master bedroom with a King with deck access, a bedroom with a queen with deck access, and a bedroom with a duo and trundle with deck access, and a bedroom with 2 twins. Level 3 has a master bedroom with deck access. The is a window seat bench in the Dining room that provide seating for the table, the table seat 8 people. The hot tub is located on the bottom deck close to the BBQ and the pool.

Are linens & towels included?
J10941 provides bed linens and bath towels. With the exception of the top double bunk bed, all of the beds will be made prior to your arrival. The bed linens for the top double bunk bed will be left in the room for you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

1. Is BBQ grill gas or charcoal? 2. Are there any pool floats? 3. Is basketball net in pool or on-land hoop? 4. Do we need to bring our own ball?
Thank you for your inquiry, Debbie! J10941 provides a gas grill and a basketball goal. You will need to bring your own basketball. There is not a basketball net for the pool. Items such as floats, boogie boards, and beach toys are not standard amenities for our homes. I would like to know the rental rate the week of July 19th 2015. Also, the bunk room does it just have the one set of bunks: double on bottom, single on top? I need 3 separate beds in that room and I couldn't tell from the pic. Thanks
Jeni, the bunk room has a duo with a trundle underneath, so the bottom mattress is a full size, the top is a twin size, and the trundle is a twin size. We will have the 2015 rates confirmed this fall, but for planning purposes in the meantime, we can tell you that the base rental fee for that same week of this year, will be $6995.00!
