Quiet location with newer kitchen and appliances. Wild horses show up every day and the canal birds and fish are abundant. Lots of parking available and separate floor temperature controls are a great feature.

- Thomas 9/25/2016

This is our second year staying at this home and we just love it! We think that a family of horses lives at or very near to the house because we see the same horses all day and night each year!! The views of the canal are stunning, especially at dusk.

Three questions, please: 1) Distance to ocean beach, so this has sound and canal views? 2) confirm it does have wireless (via sat)? 3) Distance from paved road (RT12)

Good questions Karl! This home is the 6th lot from the ocean beach and more than a 1000 feet, but we do not have the exact distance in yards or feet. Definite canal views but no photos of sound views; the aerial view will show you this distance also.
