This was our first year staying at the Seagate. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The furnishings were nice throughout and exterior furniture was in good condition. The views of the ocean from the back deck and lighthouse from the front can't be beat!

Beautiful home. Location couldn't be better. Ping pong are was great. Loved the middle bedroom on second floor - great to watch sun rise while laying in bed. Of course, everyone loved the pool and access to the beach. There was even a wedding outside the home one evening on the beach. Loved sitting on the top deck in the evening watching the water, the sky, breathing in the sea air. Is this too much?

This was the first year we stayed in this home and we were very happy. The kitchen was amazing as it was very well supplied for all of our cooking needs. There are ocean views from many of the bedrooms. The layout was the best we have ever had. Privacy areas yet lots of community room as well.

This home was everything we had hoped for. This was our very first time to the outer banks and we fell in love. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything we needed and more. The rooms were large and spacious and plenty of seating for everyone in my family. The pool and steps to the beach was perfect for our 6 month old grandson and 75 year old parents. We couldn't ask for a better place to spend out first experience at Corolla beach. The extras that twiddly provides for its customers is awesome. They delivered many bikes and a kayak for our use during the week as well as setting up an umbrella and chairs every morning and taking it down every afternoon! We are counting down the days to next year!

Could you confirm that the 2 rooms that dont have bathrooms in them are #4 & #7 on your layout?
Emily, that is correct, bedrooms #4 and #7 do not have bathrooms.
- Answered by Twiddy on 6/14/2017
Does the Bunkbed room have a bathroom in it? Also on your layout what number room is it?
Great questions, Emily! Rooms advertised as "MBR" or Master Bedroom have a private bathroom attached. The Level 2 BR (2BS) does not have a private bathroom attached. This home offers an Interactive Floor Plan that matches the photos in the slideshow to the floor plan. It's located under the Availability Calendar. The L2 BR (2BS) is Bedroom # 4 on the floor plan.

We have reserved this home for a week in September. Will we be allowed to park an RV in the parking spaces provided on the property? Thank you.
Great question, Mike! Unfortunately, campers RVs and mobile units are not allowed in any community and may not be parked at the home for additional sleeping space.

Do all the King BRs have their own bathrooms, or will two of the BRs have to share?
Great Question Kenny! Only 5 of the 6 king bedrooms are listed as master bedrooms and therefore have their own bathrooms.

Interested in the week of October 3rd through October 10th 2015. Wanted to know if all linens (bedding and towels/wash cloths) are provided and make sure I understood correctly that there are at least 6 bedrooms with king beds in them.
Hi Cathy, this home does provide bed linens and bath towels. Wash cloths are also included, however, beach towels are not supplied. Currently the home does advertise 6 King beds, 2 bunk sets and 1 queen sleeper sofa.
- Answered by Twiddy on 1/13/2015
how many beds will be the new bedroom
Great question, Beth. The new bedroom will include a King bed. It has already been updated in the description. So the bedding that is currently advertised (6 Kings, 2 bunk sets, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa) reflects what the bedding arrangements will be for 2015.
- Answered by Twiddy on 1/3/2015
For 2015, what room is being renovated to create the new master bedroom? Will the bed types change in the other rooms?
Peggy, the screened porch is being converted into an additional master bedroom. At this time, there have been no changes to the bedding at this home, however, if any changes are made, we will note this information on the website.

It the pool fully enclosed all around? It is difficult to tell from the photos and we need to bring baby gates if not.
Thank you for your inquiry, Debbie! Yes, N023 has a private gated pool. The pool is fully gated and you are not able to enter the pool area without opening a latched gate.

does ocean hill offer tennis courts?

The aerial view shows beach erosion with steps not coming all the way down to the beach. Have those steps been extended to allow easy access to the beach?
Hello Carolyn! This home does offer its own private walkway to the beach as one of its many great amenities. It's hard to see from the aerial photo, but the steps are touching the sand and not suspended in mid air, making it very convenient to get out to the beach to jump in the ocean and also to run back into the house to grab a cold drink!

How long has this house been available? We had not seen it before. Are the photos fairly recent?
Hello Stephanie! Seagate has been with our program since 2009! The photos that you see are up to date, feel free to give our office a call if we can help to answer any detailed questions!

Is the sofa in the sitting room a sleeper?
Good afternoon Debbie! There is just one Sleeper Sofa advertised in Seagate, it's a Queen Sleeper located in the King Master Suite on the third floor.

Are there beach toys, or umbrellas at Seagate? Any kind of rafts to for the pool. We are arriving 8/3.
We look forward to hosting your vacation this week, Jane! Beach chairs are an advertised amenity and there will be at least 5 waiting for you at the home. Other beach supplies such as umbrellas and rafts are considered specialty items and not advertised amenities. As a result we do not require owners to provide them nor do we take inventory of what may be in the home upon arrival. We recommend some local resources in our area who rent daily as well as weekly should you choose not to bring those items with you. Please give our office a call if you would like their contact information.

Do you have beach chairs at the Seagate house? Also is it a front loader washing machine? Thanks Chris Phillips
Hi Christine! Every Twiddy home provides 5 beach chairs. In addition to the 5 required beach chairs, E022 offers the beach cabana service from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This includes morning set-up and afternoon take-down of two umbrellas and six beach chairs on the beach! Seagate does not specifically advertise a Front Load Washing Machine, so assume a standard Washer and Dryer.
