The kitchen had enough room to move around while preparing meals considering you have several families all sharing the space and preparing simultaneously. "Positives: Fantastic location. I loved being able to be at the beach in less than 2 mins. I loved the top floor layout - lots of lights and ocean views and you can even hear the ocean from the house. Hot tub was fantastic + pool table and a foosball table were nice. House is enormous and perfect for large parties. Negatives: 3 flights of stairs was a lot for our poor dog. The house needs a bit of updating - kitchen needs bowls for example, the fridge keeps freezing items despite setting to a temp of 39F etc. And the hot tub is a bit far from the basement door which means you freeze a bit on cool nights just getting back into the home."

"Wonderful home for our 11-12 people. So many of the wonderful homes near the beach are enormous and out of our price range. This home fit the number of rooms we needed and our budget. Great sunlight in the main kitchen/dining/living room area. Lots of decks, a lovely small pool (but again we were only 11 so it was perfect for us) and hot tub, and a short walk to the beach."
