The top level great room is sure to be the place where everyone congregates before and after time outside in the sunshine. Relax in the living area and enjoy treasured vacation time with loved ones. Grab a cold drink from the beverage refrigerator in the wet bar. The kitchen is equipped with all that is needed to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just add groceries. Dining options include countertop seating or at the dining area table nearby. Step out onto the deck to enjoy your morning coffee with a stunning Outer Banks sunrise. There are two master bedrooms on the top floor, each with a King bed and private bathroom, and one has access to the deck. A half bathroom can also be found on the top level.
Four bedrooms can be found on the second floor of the home. There is one master bedroom with a King, and an attached private bathroom. Three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms are also included on the middle floor. There is a den on the middle level with deck access. A second refrigerator is located in the laundry room on the second floor. There is a freezer on the ground floor of the home, as well as entry to the home. From the home, there is a private walkway to the beach that features a large dune deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the salty breeze. Closer to the home on the deck, you’ll find the hot tub. Enjoy a relaxing soak at day’s end and gaze up at the stars in the dark night sky. A stay on the OBX oceanfront at “The Change-Up” will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated!
